For delivery inside of the UK:

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFO
Last date for xmas delivery - 18th December 2023.
Our offices are closed from 19th December. Any orders placed between 19.12.23 - 01.01.24 will be dispatched 02.01.24 upon re-opening.
For delivery outside of the UK:
Currently, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK. (Don’t worry we will be soon!...although we may be able to arrange overseas deliveries for individual orders. If you require this service please email us at hello@bisousbathluxuries.co.uk)
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you utterly love your Bisous products, however if in the unfortunate case of their being fault or damage to a product please contact us!
Unused products may be returned with in 14 days of receiving the item(s), however please ensure all original packaging is available and remains unused.
In the case of you wishing to amend or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We will do the best we can to make the amendment or cancellation, however if the order has already been processed and is out for delivery we will be unable to do so.
Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.
