Five new habits to begin in 2023

Here are our 5 recommendations to start in 2023!

  1. Exercise! Regular physical activity can help improve your physical and mental health, reduce stress, and boost your energy levels. We know its super hard to fit exercise when every day is a whirlwind. At Bisous, we have tried fitting exercise so far by taking walks on work breaks, lunch time breaks, and even setting the alarm that little bit earlier to fit in a 5 minute yoga session! 

  2. Diet! A healthy diet can help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and provide the nutrients your body needs to function properly. 

  3. Sleep! Adequate sleep is essential for good physical and mental health, and can help you feel more alert and focused during the day. But we know its not as simple as that! One way of trying to get in to a good sleep habit is making it a ritual to put down your mobile phone at a set time each night, an hour before your bed time! This way you can prepare your mind to be able to relax in to a deeper sleep.

  4. Practice mindfulness! Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment and your surroundings, and can help you reduce stress, improve your mental health, and increase your overall well-being. Be present in the moment, and practice gratitude. At Bisous, we have made it a ritual to write in a gratitude journal every night!

  5. Self Care! It's important to take breaks and take time to relax and recharge. Whether it's taking a walk, reading a book, or simply taking some time to meditate, taking breaks can help you feel more refreshed and focused. Here are Bisous, we make it a ritual to practice a self-care routine every night.
